The primary purpose of this role is to find, interview and submit the CVs of suitable candidates for a range of positions within our specialist industries. 

You will also grow and develop your own client base. We don't make sales calls, but you'll need to be proactive in using other means to follow up possible opportunities and build long-term relationships.


Ideally, you will already be a recruiter or talent manager with some experience of working in the TV / film / digital media industry. However, we would also be interested in speaking to people who are currently working in the media industry who are looking for a career change.

You must be a ‘people-person’, happy to do whatever it takes to deliver a first-class service to clients and candidates alike. 

Ideally, you will demonstrate the following:
  • A good understanding of recruitment processes 
  • Strong research skills and experience in candidate sourcing
  • Good working knowledge of our specialist sectors
  • Experience in conducting probing, effective interviews
  • Enjoyment of business development and finding new clients.
