Head of Business Development – L4219

A key senior business development position has opened up at a successful central London post production company.


They require an individual with strong sales experience to seek out and capitalise on commercial opportunities and manage client accounts.

The COMPANY


Our client is a post production facility based in central London working predominantly on factual programming.


The ROLE


Reporting to the facilities directors, you will contribute to the commercial development of the company through the identification of business opportunities and strong account management.


Key Responsibilities –


  • Identify and optimise commercial and sales opportunities that deliver year on year profitable growth.
  • Achieve personal revenue targets as agreed with the company directors.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email or in person.
  • Work with potential and existing clients to develop productive working relationships in order to promote the company’s brand and service offering,  understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for provision of the company’s services in a professional manner and the with clients to secure profitable business.

 

The CANDIDATE


You will have extensive experience of the post production market with strong knowledge of current workflows and technologies. You’ll have a proven track record of sales and achieving agreed targets, and will be an excellent communicator and negotiator.


You’ll have a comprehensive list of production company contacts in factual genres (drama would also be useful),  and will have the ability to manage accounts effectively, promoting company services and meeting client needs.
