WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

Our Creative Services team is growing! We are looking for dynamic and energetic Senior creative with an absolute passion for sport. You will translate marketing and promotional briefs to create and innovate, visually stunning work that tell stories that cut through, build our band and drive business performance.


You will be confident interpreting all manner of multi-discipline advertising/promotion briefs into clip based promotions, digital, social assets, and conceptual shoots.


Our Creative Services department is an in-house team responsible for bringing communications / marketing briefs to life through creating and producing innovative, visually stunning, and effective creative that drive business performance across the group globally, with the largest client being DAZN. The department is a mix of Creatives, Designers and Production staff. This role may involve some international travel.


Regrettably, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role so you must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis – UK / EU citizen or ILR.


WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE

Creativity:

  • To create and oversee promotional/advertising campaigns in response to 360 briefs
  • To work alongside/deputise for the Head of Creative as required
  • To ensure that all creative work, across different platforms, is aligned with stakeholders strategic vision; and to find innovative ways of driving forward that vision
  • Respond to briefs with conceptual ideas and be able to pitch them confidently
  • Developing creative treatments
  • Creative clip based promotions through to high end conceptual shoots to broadcast standard
  • Desk top edit and oversee online edit and audio sessions
  • Briefing the design team
  • Writing cut through copy for any media/platform
  • Directing voiceovers and talent
  • Work alongside marketing/clients to interpret briefs and to create the best work
  • To follow brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Produce work to agreed budgets.

Post Production:

  •  Work closely with the production team throughout the lifecycle of a piece of work.
  • Oversee your work through the post production process
  • To follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Ensure your work is editorially accurate and technically compliant.

Stakeholder Management:

  • To work to formal and informal creative briefs
  • Work with clients/stakeholders to understand their needs and interpret briefs
  • Take onboard feedback and translate that into your work
  • You will create strong alignments and relationships with our stakeholders in particular Marketing and Programming teams across the business
  • Pitching work to stakeholders and clients both internally and externally
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders within the business, in particular Marketing
  • Be an advocate for Creative Services in the wider business and externally.

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW?

  • Solid experience in a Creative lead role, working with senior staff/stakeholders
  • 5 years minimum as a Creative for a well-respected agency/in-house creative department for high-profile Sports media brands
  • Be across social media  technologies, trends and user habits
  • A link to your show reel on your CV is required
  • A passion and knowledge of sport in particular football
  • Experience in creating multiple complex integrated cross media campaigns, across video production, post production, social media and digital
  • Ability to desktop edit for your rough cut
  • Developing creative treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great upwards management skills and diplomacy
  • Resilience and flexibility
  • Ability to creative clip based creative and as needed direct conceptual shoots
  • A robust portfolio with up-to-date projects
  • Marketing, advertising, and brand-building experience.
