About the Role

We are currently looking for a Creative Manager to join our Creative Studio. We are after a Creative with a hunger for doing outstanding creative work. Somebody who can inspire and lead our creative team to be the best they can be. 

Who are we? We are, Nordic Entertainment Group formerly known as MTG Creative and we are the Nordic region’s leading entertainment provider. With us you get to work with great content from the Hollywood studios as well as our own produced original dramas. The role is based in Chiswick west London right next to Chiswick Business Park.


As the Creative Manager you will be responsible for…...

  • Structuring, developing, nurturing, challenging, guiding and inspiring the creative team.
  • Providing our clients with high quality, creative, attention grabbing and innovative visual ideas and solutions for all promotional and positioning campaign elements.
  • Ensure that projects your team produces are being delivered on time and on budget.
  • Advising and mentoring the Senior Creatives.


Your duties will involve….

  • Sometimes acting as a creative “swat force” where you are most needed across the non-London based channels and other services and products.
  • Managing and develop all client relationships by having close contact with the territories in terms of forward planning, development and communication of campaign briefs.
  • Working closely with marketing teams in securing implementation and development of overall marketing and brand guidelines.
  • Securing best practice sharing between territories and channels.
  • Building, motivating and managing the Senior Creative team that is capable of developing and producing marketing material that meets our clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Being a source of creative support and mentoring to all NENT’s Creative’s.
  • Managing regular forums for constructive criticism and feedback for the producer team.
  • Staying informed about the latest marketing and promotional trends.
  • Generating ideas, oversee and approve sponsorship projects.
  • Hands-on involvement in projects, shoots and campaigns.
  • Leading and mentoring your direct reports while also managing the freelance staff and suppliers.
  • Working across the entire creative process; shaping the brief, pitching, client liaison, drafting treatments, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling. You’ll then oversee the production, post production and finished program delivery.
  • Ensuring projects have the correct resources and are delivered on time and to budget to the client.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of health, safety and compliance for all projects.

Your role will work alongside the VP Creative and will be responsible for creative execution of NENT’s Creative output.

  • Experience of collaborative working.
  • Being patient under pressure.
  • A track record of working well with other departments, especially marketing teams.
  • Experience in managing a creative team.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • A good understanding of Scandinavian cultures.
  • We are looking for a proactive, goal driven individual who is passionate about media and broadcasting.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and a Scandinavian language skill is also favourable.
