TV Production Manager
We are seeking a TV Production Manager to manage the delivery of UEFA’s host broadcasting operations.
About the Role

Mission:
The TV Production Manager manages the delivery of UEFA’s host broadcasting operations from preparation through to delivery, with a focus on club competition finals and European Football Championship final tournament (EUROs), using a wide range of advanced production management skills. 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Service Manager the TV Production Manager is responsible for ensuring consistency of all scheduling, contractual, budgetary and administrative matters and for coordinating a team of experienced production coordinators and specialists allocated to different events and projects.

The TV Production Manager works with all related teams including Technical, Production Services, Content and Digital to deliver high-standard broadcasts within the operational and financial constraints, performing an essential role in maintaining key relationships with those teams. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the short and long-term TV production planning needs, including staff and production scheduling, budgets and resources, as well as offering planning guidance and advice
  • Working with other UEFA teams to ensure that TV production needs are met
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external partners for all deliverables
  • Liaising with the legal affairs division to ensure that contracts are concluded with all external partners
  • Ensuring the respect of the UEFA policies
  • Ensuring the necessary production documentation exists
  • Evaluating the quality of delivery in terms of cost efficiency and productivity
  • Tracking, controlling and reporting on the budget for each event and project. 

Profile of Successful Candidate 

Experience required: 
  • From 4 to 6 years in a broadcast and production company as a production manager or similar role with track experience of managing a team
  • More than 7 years delivering TV production, operations and project management for major sport.
