Analytics Manager, Digital Marketing
We are seeking a an Analytics Manager to provide analytics-based strategic insights and directions in the development of media & communications initiatives.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Analytics Manager is to provide analytics-based strategic insights and directions in the development of media & communications initiatives, and be a significant contributor of the team providing insights and recommendations. 

This position requires both strategic and tactical skill sets with an eye for numbers, intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, and a critical understanding of online media. The candidate must have a proven track record in data-rich analyses, and be a team player.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with key leads across the organization to understand reporting needs, new product requirements and business opportunities
  • Providing analytic, integrated marketing solutions to improve client decision-making
  • Tracking marketplace, technology, and consumer demographic trends within and across multiple industries
  • Analyze Web site behavior using Web analytics tools to determine areas of site improvement
  • Designing and conducting analysis, interpreting results and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Uphold best standards practice in terms of data cleanliness, data management and tracking across websites including the new in-house web team developing the new website modular system which will be used by all event properties.
  • Create simple dashboards that visualize data and provide insights in a simple way to all levels of management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, accounting, or related field
  • Working experience in the Business Intelligence and analytics landscape
  • Established Digital marketing, Online, Media or eCommerce experience
  • Must have experience with web analytics platforms / software packages. (Google Product Suite, Adobe Product Suite, etc.)
  • Some experience in analytics and reporting best practices (thorough understanding of standard analytics, report builder tools, and online analytics metric)
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and practices in customer intelligence and data warehouse fields
  • Willingness to delve into the details as well as manage and assist with projects/initiatives.
  • Understanding of statistics, customer profiling and segmentations
  • Strong working knowledge of Office, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI, and Datorama a plus
  • Understanding of online advertising planning, buying and performance metrics is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a permanent position based in Chiswick and Central London
  • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional travel/weekend work may be required.
