Business Development Manager – L4538

A key Business Development role at a leading post production company.

You will be responsible for generating new business, whilst developing and retaining current business in order to maximise sales revenues for the company.


Our client is one of the largest independent post production companies.


You will identify  new business prospects, generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities -  

  • Support the Sales Director in establishing and delivering sales plans and strategies
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities to achieve sufficient delivery of sales targets
  • Build and manage effective relationships with key clients, whilst maintaining personal focus on new business generation
  • Collaborate with post production department to ensure conversion of incoming enquiries into sales opportunities
  • Suggest solutions for project management and operational issues encountered via the appropriate channels.




With a thorough understanding of post production technologies and workflows, you will have the ability to understand a client’s objectives, and have a strong track-record of sales success and target achievements.


You will have a proven ability to build and maintain excellent relationships, alongside a substantial portfolio of contacts in the broadcast television production industry.


You will also be numerically minded and IT literate, preferably experienced in Microsoft packages in addition to experience of sales databases, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.


Lastly, you will be self motivated with a creative approach to generating new business, and be able to juggle multiple projects as part of a busy team.
