Production Manager
Have you worked on successful TV commercials in a global agency environment? 

Are you skilled at planning, forecasting, allocating resource and working pro-actively with multiple stakeholders ?

If you’ve answered yes to the above then the Film Production team within the The LEGO Agency in Denmark are looking for you to be our partner in London to drive our global process on a local level.

Your specific tasks include:

  • Maintain an accurate overview of the portfolio of productions from beginning to end, including post-production and deployment of video content; this involves managing the flow of briefs and the briefing process
  • Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to each project 
  • You will act as a 'Subject Matter Expert' on TV commercial and short-form story content production as well as Production Advisor.
  • Ensure compliance with our legal and child safety guidelines in our production of content sourced in via external partners and production houses
  • Work with external vendors and the Procurement and Legal teams to ensure all productions are compliant, contractually approved and financially on-boarded in good time
  • On occasion, jump in to handle a project independently depending on capacity.

Challenges & Opportunities

As the operational lead, you will play an instrumental role in scoping the work required against each brief, working with the project team and the Film Production Manager to allocate the right people, time and budget to each production. You’ll also be setting up processes to give shape to a new wave of creative and marketing ambitions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You must have solid experience as a Production Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager or similar, giving you relevant skills in video production and post-production
  • You must have a track record from production and/or dubbing studios on global productions, including production scheduling and budgeting
  • You will be ready to learn about legal requirements for content for kids to allow you to screen briefs and materials and advise the organisation 
  • You will be up to date on trends relating to the production of TV commercials and social content
  • You will have great communication skills, and always be positive in the face of change.
