Head of Demand

We’re looking for a Head of Demand (Social, Content + Digital), to join the team.

You will have an in-depth working knowledge of all platforms, understanding content end to end, and the role and penetration of social platforms across markets.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced social and content leader with a proven track record of delivering digital excellence in an ever-evolving, fast-moving landscape. This person will enjoy leading and working with a high-energy, get sh*t done team.


You’ll manage a team of four, and also work alongside our strategists and client services team to make sure we’re operating and delivering peak thinking, creative and doing.


A strategic thinker by nature, love to plan, but also can make decisions on the fly. You will have experience working with high-level clients and senior stakeholders.


The work is varied, and spans thought leadership on LinkedIn, through to creating chaos on TikTok.  We’re looking for someone who loves pop-culture and storytelling.


We work with global and household names and we’re incredibly proud of the work we do and the people we work with. Some of our clients include: BOXPARK, Popeyes, Pernod Ricard, Idris Elba and Sky.


DAY-TO-DAY
  • You’ll be leading the social and content team to deliver social and content excellence
  • Working alongside clients to make sure their brands are at the forefront of customers minds
  • Providing strategic social media consultancy to high-level clients and developing social strategy documents for brands
  • Standardising ways of workings and promoting excellence in service delivery
  • Working collaboratively with clients to build positive working relationships
  • Successfully leading the team to ensure KPI’s are met, and objectives achieved
  • Working alongside our Legacy Team to deliver strategic documents, including social playbooks, community frameworks, content builds and rollouts
  • Collaboratively working alongside our Hype Team (Communications and Activations) and Team Legacy (Strategy and planning) to deliver 360 campaigns
  • Supporting on new business and pitches.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • 8+ years of experience working on social, in an agency
  • Extensive understanding of operational needs of a social team in an agency
  • Experience of working on retained clients and campaigns in tangent
  • Proven experience leading a team of people
  • A natural at handling clients, with commercial acumen
  • A real love for all things social, trend spotting, analysis and the ability to translate these elements for clients
  • A hunger to deliver award-winning work
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal skills. The ability to make the complex simple.
