Edit Assist / Post Production Coordinator
Fulwell 73 Productions makes top quality TV and film across many different genres with offices in London and Los Angeles.

The Edit Assist / Post Production Coordinator will help to run and manage all technical aspects of the production & post production departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Directors, Editors, Production and  Head of Post on all projects
  • Booking suites & freelance operators
  • Management of data throughout a job life-cycle
  • Preparation of suites using associated software & hardware
  • Workflow & pipeline set-up/management.


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Working on in house offline projects, pitches & sizzlers creatively with an editor
  • Assisting Online procedures
  • QC on edits, GFX & online
  • DIT / Data Wrangling.


Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience running/edit assist/machine room
  • Good knowledge of Avid Media Composer
  • Some knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Friendly and able to work in and as part of a team
  • Experience in Commercials, TV, Film & Documentary environments
  • Broad technical knowledge across the field
  • Have a creative aspect.

Candidate Profile:

This role would ideally suit someone who is currently working as an assistant in a machine room or edit area and is looking to step up into a new and challenging role. 

You will need to have the ability to work closely within a small team and communicate across the company and its departments  and to keep abreast of all projects.


Start Date: We are looking for someone who can start in the beginning of August / as soon as possible.
