Cinema Marketing Manager – C4212

Manage the national marketing activity at this major cinema operator, implementing through-the-line campaigns to drive their  membership programme as well as delivering other key seasonal campaigns throughout the year.

The COMPANY


Our client is a leading cinema operator with a large number of screens in numerous countries.


The ROLE


Manage through-the-line marketing campaigns to drive membership, loyalty, market share and revenue.


Key Responsibilities -  

  • Define strategies and deliver integrated campaigns (ATL & BTL, PR, social, in-cinema) to drive admissions and market share
  • Drive membership programme, managing a substantial media budget, focusing on acquisition and retention, online and in-cinema
  • Work with commercial departments to develop effective eCRM strategies to support the company’s membership programme, focusing on driving retention 
  • Ensure brand consistency in all communications and ensure advertising complies with ASA regulations and guideline
  • Manage a marketing executive, managing their workload, setting objectives and mentoring them to develop their skillset
  • Manage external relationships, budgets, and ensure on-going reviews to continually improve marketing activity 

 

 

The CANDIDATE


With a track record of managing integrated through-the-line campaigns including print & AV (across media, PR, social, POS), you’ll have the proven ability to deliver effective strategies and customer facing campaigns.  


You will have worked within a loyalty or direct response environment and have a thorough understanding of customer loyalty and retention theory and practice.


You should also be experienced at delivering digital campaign strategies and understand eCRM, programmatic display media, SEO, PPC.


A passion for film is, of course, essential.
