Sales Administration Analyst

Paramount Worldwide Television is seeking a Sales Administration Analyst to join their team,


This position is responsible for all aspects of sales support within Europe and the Middle East and includes the media of:  Pay TV, VOD, PPV, EST, SVOD, FVOD, Free TV and Basic Cable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and maintenance of complex availability lists for new sales
  • Responds to requests from and communicates product availability and license holdback information to the digital and television licensing Sales Groups and Licensees
  • Researches rights and confirms eligibility of product for inclusion in output deals
  • Ensures contractual obligations and deadlines are met
  • Liaises with Theatrical, Home Media Marketing teams and Legal as appropriate to clear product for sale, in-line with the sequential distribution release pattern and pricing strategies
  • Analyses complex distribution license contract terms and inputs Digital and television license terms into Paramount sales systems
  • Liaises with Licensees for availability confirmations (Notices) and product selections
  • Coordinates with Product Fulfilment (Technical Services Group) to determine availability of materials to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Coordinates with Credit and Collections and Accounting group regarding payment billing terms and customer financial on-boarding
  • Assists in the design and implementation of the television product systems (including testing and conversion projects)
  • Analyses broadcast usage reports to determine if final runs or overruns have been taken against license contract terms and provides timely updates to Sales staff as appropriate to identify revenue opportunities
  • Handles a variety of ad hoc research projects and report
  • Performs general administrative duties
