Operations Coordinator - Media (Film/TV)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Operations Coordinator to join a growing film & television media distribution business based on the border London/Herts.
ABOUT US
Arrow Film Distributors Limited is an established film & television media business having traded in its core markets for over 26 years.  

The company has demonstrated consistent annual growth over the last 10 years and has some exciting commercial opportunities to exploit, hence the need to strengthen its core operational team with this hire.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Operations and support the Operations Executive

Key responsibilities:
  • Digital delivery administration
  • Metadata and maintaining 'avails' for digital
  • Organising & handling materials
  • QC on new release titles
  • Liaison with fulfilment centre re B2C
  • Support Sales Team re B2C logistics
  • Maintain release schedule
  • Asset/file management across business.

The Operations Coordinator will need to develop a quick understanding and appreciation of the specific nuances and requirements of each of the company's core brands, specific to its audience.

ABOUT YOU
Candidates should have the following attributes:
  • Good attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills & MS Office
  • Relevant industry experience extremely desirable 
  • Good energy levels & sense of humour.
