Production Coordinator
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the expanding in-house team and support the wider team across all areas of production.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Production, the role of Production Coordinator is a key one in the company, working alongside the rest of the team to ensure all of our projects are delivered on time, to brief and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

The Production Coordinator will support the day to day running of the wider team, booking projects in, ensuring all relevant staff and equipment are booked as well as compiling the shoot paperwork. They will also assist with scheduling and overseeing the workloads of the edit team.


The role will also involve creating and maintaining databases of contacts, suppliers etc. along with maintaining other project and departmental documents and trackers. Attendance on shoots may be required occasionally, which may involve evening and weekend work.


ABOUT YOU

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of requirements for shoots of varying sizes including basic understanding of camera, lighting and sound equipment
  • Familiar with post-production workflows
  • Managing and tracking freelance bookings, invoices and payments
  • Confident with creating production and post-production paperwork such as call sheets, risk assessments, music cue sheets and creative briefs
  • Confident in a client-facing role
  • Managing budgets and ensuring projects stay within allocated budgets and targets
  • Experience with clearance and delivery of content and adverts for cinema and broadcast
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English required
  • Social media and marketing experience would be desirable but not essential.
