Broadcast Sponsorship Coordinator
Input Media is looking to recruit a Broadcast Sponsorship Coordinator to join our Titles team.

This role is responsible for the production, dispatch and administration of Broadcast Sponsorship sequences.

Role Profile:
  • Job title: Broadcast Sponsorship Coordinator

  • Location: The Production Centre, 191a Askew Road, London W12 9AX
  • Reports to: Broadcast Sponsorship Manager
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (occasional evenings and weekends during busy periods)
  • Salary: Dependent on experience

Purpose of role:
  • Coordinating the production, dispatch and administration of Broadcast Sponsorship sequences.
  • Coordinating dubbing, dispatch and providing quotes for other elements of Titles contracts.
  • Editing, data-entry and administration for the Broadcast Sponsorship department.


Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the production and dispatch of Broadcast Sponsorship material for Broadcasters world-wide
  • Administrating Broadcast Sponsorship Contracts and Projects; liaising with clients and courier companies, maintaining databases and preparing quotes
  • Editing, compiling and content quality control checking of tapes and files
  • Sending audio visual file transfers via Aspera and FileZilla
  • Data entry of codes into bespoke software package
  • Quotes for contract dubbing
  • Signing off courier invoices; reconciliation of courier accounts
  • To undertake additional Ad-Hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the Broadcast Sponsorship Manager.

Person specification

Essential criteria:

  • Minimum of one year’s administration experience
  • Diligence and excellent attention to detail
  • Must always be polite and courteous regarding any client interaction
  • Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems and applications
  • Must have initiative and be capable of prioritising their workload
  • Good interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Able to work closely in a team, patient, adaptable, flexible, and able to improvise and work in a deadline driven environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills.

Desirable criteria:
  • Previous experience in a Television Post Production facility or Digital Media environment
  • Good media format knowledge
  • Ability to work in a high pressured, delivery driven environment.
