Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to advise Account Coordination staff and administer day-to-day localisation and digital fulfilment operations while setting production standards in line with client and business needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Account Manager you will advise Account Coordination staff and administer day-to-day localisation and digital fulfilment operations while setting the production standards in line with client and business needs.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful execution of projects:
    • Oversee and take part in the daily activity of the client accounts, monitor current and upcoming workload, ensuring tasks are allocated evenly within the teams
    • Organize and distribute work assignments to employees
    • Ensure work is being completed on time and the quality of work is consistent with client expectations and within budget
    • Manage complex projects and lead teams to complete projects in a successful and timely manner
    • Create, maintain and communicate to client project timelines and budgets
    • Prepare and communicate pricing quotes and estimates with client, according to client-specific rate card.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Monitor intra- and inter-office quality assurance initiatives, establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
  • Be involved in process improvement and stimulate efficiency locally.


ABOUT YOU

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience as a Localisation and Digital Fulfilment Account in a similar-sized organization
  • Experience of being in a client-facing role
  • People management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the localization process is essential
  • Proven understanding of the digital fulfilment process
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of working in Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Sound technical knowledge.

Reporting Relationship

  • Position reports to the Director of Client Services.
