Client Services Coordinator

The UK’s leading post-production supplier is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their busy team.

Based in Central London offices, the incoming Client Services Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the running team.

In particular the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for monitoring standards and providing training and guidance to the running team. 

The job holder will ensure an excellent service which is both friendly and efficient is provided to Molinare’s clients, visitors and employees, in every aspect of their duties. They will escalate issues to the Client Services Manager as appropriate to ensure that standards are maintained.

The Person:

  • Previous experience of working in post production
  • Previous work experience in a client facing role
  • Previous management or leadership experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • A positive and flexible approach, with the ability to work co-operatively and productively with other company departments and clients
