As our Receptionist, you'll be a welcoming first point of contact for all visitors to Procam.

You'll offer support with administrative duties and to ensure that relevant Health and Safety compliances are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet Procam’s visitors, making each visitor feel welcome and offering refreshments.
  • Be responsible for taking care of clients, issuing key cards and the ensuring return of issued cards from visitors.
  • Monitor security and parking on site, issuing parking permits when necessary
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and well presented
  • Keep the phone list up to date and to communicate any changes
  • Replenish First Aid Boxes around the building, and conduct a monthly stock check
  • Keep a regular stock take of supplies (for office and kitchen)
  • Assist with filing and general admin duties when needed
  • Maintain and take care of reception goldfish.

Office Support:

  • Answer and forward overflow of calls to the Office. Answering enquiries in person, by phone and via email
  • Support COO and other office departments with admin duties when required
  • Support Head of Systems with Missing and Damaged, and other admin duties
  • Support Bookings with Cross Hires
  • Support security with monitoring CCTV. View playback of CCTV when requested to do so by the Head of Systems
  • Type up minutes of management review meetings.

Meeting Room Management:

  • Manage bookings for meeting rooms, the Training room and camera test rooms using MIDAS system
  • Maintain the boardroom/prepare boardroom for meetings.


  • Sort post and deliveries
  • Liaise with the Warehouse for couriers and deliveries
  • Liaise with Scotland and Manchester offices for deliveries and collections
  • Assist with sorting deliveries of overnight packages
  • Ad-hoc duties to meet business needs.
