Recording Engineer (Voice)

Liquid Violet is a leading video games industry voice production company.

We now have an opportunity for a talented dialogue Recording Engineer to join us in our beautiful new central London facility conveniently located between vibrant Covent Garden and Soho.

As a Keywords Studio, we combine our passion for games, technology and media to create a global services platform for video games and beyond.

With new ownership under the KeyWords Studio group, we are currently redesigning our website and are too busy to spend time on social media. 


Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience of voice production:  Recording, editing, producing actors.
  • Post production of video game dialogue: Mixing, mastering, cleaning, QA
  • Responsibility for maintaining and evolving the voice production pipeline at our new London facility
  • A high degree of confidence and experience working with high profile actors and directors to achieve great results in the studio
  • Service driven attitude, to go above and beyond expectations on a continual basis
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing all stake holders involved in a studio session
  • Attention to detail with strong asset management skills
  • Flair and talent – someone who will inspire our team with their work and enthusiasm for audio
  • High level of ability and familiarity with DAWs such as Reaper, Pro Tools, etc., and a wide range of plug-ins
  • Knowledge of Izotope RX
  • Experience with ISDN and Source Connect remote sessions
  • Experience with Avid S6 and S3 control surfaces
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who enjoys discussing audio issues with the rest of the company
  • Active gamer / audio enthusiast
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.



  • Understanding of and experience with Dolby Atmos
  • Interest in project management and production
  • Experience in audio asset integration tools (middleware systems) is a huge plus
  • Experience with facial and performance capture.
