Client Services Executive
We are seeking a Client Services Executive to be responsible for a key client support role.

There will also be opportunities for growth, including involvement in project work and aspects of product development.

OVERVIEW
IMD Optimad is a stand-alone division within Group IMD. We specialise in data and campaign administration services. 

In the UK and Ireland we operate key media services:
  • CARIA®: a cross-industry service for TV campaign administration: media and copy management
  • Attribution: a UK TV industry service providing consistent naming of all aired commercials for reconciliation with published audience / spot data
  • Copy Central: The advertising clearance software used by the UK market to authorise advertisements for clearance
  • As part of the Client Services team, you will play a central role in the business.

THE ROLE
This is a key client support role which encompasses understanding all aspects of CARIA and Attribution. For the right candidate there will be opportunities for growth, including involvement in project work and aspects of product development.

The following will be required to carry out the role successfully:
  • Provide product and client support for all system users
  • Includes client training and client site visits where appropriate
  • Gain full understanding of all systems operated by IMD Optimad
  • Ensure all deadlines relating to data delivery service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities and key tasks will include:
  • Providing daily phone and e-mail support to all CARIA users
  • Generating CARIA usage and training new users, and being a key public facing first point of contact for CARIA users
  • Liaising with key IMD Optimad clients, ensuring high a level of professionalism and customer service is provided at all times
  • Involvement with day to day team responsibility for all aspects of attribution data processing, assigning correct “attribution” to TV commercials
  • Continuously monitoring Attribution data quality and processing amendments where necessary
  • Providing assistance and support to the Head of Client Service in departmental work as required.

  • Competent use of GSuite, Excel and Access
  • Methodical approach: demonstrating an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritising effectively and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Enthusiasm, energy and reliability in all activities
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear commitment to the team approach, exchanging ideas and providing support to colleagues
  • Friendly, calm, confident
  • Understanding of the UK TV Market
  • Strong sense of client service.

Preferred Skills:
  • 1 year's experience of working within the TV, digital or wider media industry.
