Content Production Coordinator
We are seeking a Content Production Coordinator to ensure the delivery of internal video projects and digital content as part of the editorial content team. 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Services Manager, the Content Production Coordinator coordinates and ensures delivery of internal video projects and digital content as part of the editorial content team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, coordinating and scheduling all internal video and digital filming projects in close collaboration with and under the leadership of the producer in charge
  • Providing and maintaining project records using the software planning tool
  • Planning and coordinating internal video and digital filming projects with different UEFA divisions and units according to their deadlines and available budgets
  • Allocating suitable freelancers and/or UEFA staff (producers, editors, camera operators) to each project and organising their travel and accommodation, as required
  • Gathering and providing all relevant documentation to crews to enable shoots and edits to run smoothly (call sheets, release forms, ATA carnets, accreditations, etc.)
  • Working closely with the engineering department on the daily management of the UEFA camera store
  • Centralising administrative activities for internal video and digital filming activities, and ensuring their compliance with UEFA policies and procedures
  • Preparing ad hoc reporting for financial reconciliation at project level
  • Managing purchase orders, travel and meeting arrangements in SAP
  • Coordinating and preparing supplier contracts
  • Providing ad hoc events support on-site.

Profile of successful candidate

Experience required:
  • From 4 to 6 years within a broadcast production or media company environment in the role of production coordinator or similar

  • Bachelor's in a media-related subject

  • English / Proficient
  • French / Advanced

Additional requirements:
  • Strong crew planning and post-production planning skills
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support
  • Budget Management / Advanced
  • MS Office / Advanced
  • Project Management / Advanced.
