Production Managers

Sunset + Vine Productions are looking for experienced Production Managers to work on various live OB & Studio productions.

About the Role:

Your role will include:

  • managing OBs both in the UK and overseas, 
  • managing studio production, 
  • scheduling and booking crew, 
  • managing logistics, 
  • running and controlling budgets, 
  • liaising with the production team, broadcasters and sporting bodies, as well as working closely with the senior management team at S+V.  


The role requires the supervision of Production Coordinators to oversee their preparation of call sheets and travel planning.


Additional key responsibilities will also include regularly updating the Head of Production and Production Finance team with status reports and projected spend.


You will be required to travel in the UK & overseas.

 

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and excellent financial management.


You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in sport.


The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of both the OB and studio production processes – including knowledge of Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, production insurance, location filming logistics and technical delivery.

 

Please note:

We have roles available at Sunset + Vine’s offices at BT Sport in Stratford as well as Head Office in Hammersmith but all roles will require travel to OBs, weekend working and flexible working hours.


Contract duration will depend on the role offered but we have a mixture of full-time staff positions, year-long contracts and freelance based contracts available.


Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
