Production Coordinator (Traffic)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Production Coordinator to join our Creative team.

You will be responsible for coordinating the creative activity within a team, providing production, logistical and administrative support and ensuring creative work is delivered to brief and on time.


Our Creative department sits within ‘Content and Creative’ and is responsible for the development and execution of a range of creative content for A+E Networks UK and it’s associated brands.  We strive to be a source of ideas and inspiration for our clients and our viewers and provide a highly professional and efficient service in all areas of our work.

A+E NETWORKS UK run a family of global TV brands broadcasting in the UK and EMEA. Our channels include History, H2, Lifetime, Crime+Investigation and new free to air channel, BLAZE.

We are an ambitious and creative team who strive to build strong brands for our territories, whilst working closely with the Head Office in New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage promo activity within a creative team and act as a central point of contact.
  • Manage and arrange resources for the team, request programme materials for edit, and support Creatives through the production process.
  • Manage the allocation of creative work and the scheduling of projects, to ensure the most effective use of creative time and resources.
  • Oversee the promo mastering and approvals process and manage delivery of promos and branding elements.
  • Maintain workflow documents, track deliveries and work closely with the Senior Traffic Manager and Senior Traffic Coordinator to ensure promos are delivered on time, on brief and to budget.
  • Provide creative materials and information for our international language suppliers and monitor their final deliveries.
  • Oversee the delivery of campaign materials and creative work for other departments or external partners.
  • Build strong collaborative working relationships with stakeholders, maintain effective communication on projects and manage expectations.

This role is based in Hammersmith West London, in our fabulous brand new office space.


You will have:
  • Experience of working in a production support role in a creative or broadcast environment.
  • Experienced of managing projects and materials to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of broadcast production, post-production or creative workflows.
  • Experience planning and arranging resources and maintaining processes and administration.
  • Experience managing stakeholders on projects and building positive working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a confident negotiator who can persuade and influence others.

  • A strong team player, able to build excellent working relationships with others.
  • Accurate and calm under pressure and responds positively to last minute changes.
