Cameraworks is a film & TV equipment rental company in Shoreditch. We facilitate feature films, ads & music videos with camera, lighting & grip equipment.

 

We have an opportunity for an experienced & highly motivated Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Liaising with clients, providing quotations and invoicing
  • Advising clients regarding equipment choices and offering improvements  and solutions
  • Working with technical staff to ensure successful delivery of orders, accurately and on time
  • Building great relationships with suppliers including other rental companies
  • Understanding our regular clients needs and requirements
  • Providing exemplary customer service to our clients

 

ABOUT THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

 

This role is for someone with previous experience at a rental company. The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ previous experience working at film & TV equipment rental companies, of which at least one year should be in a bookings role
  • An in-depth knowledge of film and TV equipment with a strong interest in new production technology
  • An exceptional ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
