Receptionist

We are seeking a full time Receptionist to work under our office manager. 


This role will suit an outgoing, motivated person with a positive attitude who is not afraid to work in a high volume and fast paced set-up.

WHAT WE DO


We are an end-to-end digital media agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach.

THE ROLE:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to important clients and TV Stars
  • Answering a switchboard professionally, taking messages and transferring calls
  • Dispatching and collecting items on request both in house and out of house; delivering post and general requests from staff
  • Taking the initiative to manage stocks and supplies, arranging orders where necessary; ensuring refreshments, stationery and general office equipment are all well stocked
  • Keeping reception, rest areas, meeting rooms and office clean, tidy and well presented
  • Welcoming clients and provide refreshments for meetings and clients
  • Providing support to senior team
  • Assisting all employees with queries and helping to resolve any problems
  • Assisting the office manager with the smooth running of our offices
  • Ad-hoc office duties.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Background in Media, Film, or Post-Production
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email
  • Have a professional and friendly phone manner
  • Friendly!

  • Hard worker.

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 9:00am - 5.30pm
