Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Programmatic Advertising Executive to join our FAST Team.
We are building on our position as one of the largest distributors of content on social video platforms by growing our digital advertising team.
As part of this growth, we have launched 8 linear streaming television channels and distributed the channels internationally, working with global tech and hardware partners. We have also launched our own App Veely and our Ad network - encompassing the management and monetisation of over 80 channels. Viewing has grown significantly and we anticipate further rapid growth.
In order to capitalise on the revenue opportunity we are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Little Dot Studios FAST team to help monetise and manage our portfolio of streamed TV channels.
Reporting to the Programmatic and Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for helping to manage our ad partners - both programmatic and direct. The role doesn’t necessarily require previous experience but an interest in advertising, technology or commercial practices is required.
As part of the ad team you’ll help develop our ad proposition and manage our tech partners to ensure our tech is optimised and compliant with our policies. Commercially this role will be focused on growing revenues, fill rates and yields as well as supporting our sales teams and wider teams in exploiting any opportunities.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Coordinate with demand sources, monitoring their performance, supporting their sales process and optimising integrations where necessary to ensure best use of our inventory, driving the maximum revenue possible.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Interest in advertising, technology or commercial practices
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Good technical skills and troubleshooting mentality
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Able to pick up new information and technology quickly
- Self motivated with ability to plan and manage own time and coordinate delivery with colleagues.
